We will have our monthly family business meeting this Sunday, at 5:30pm in the worship center to discuss new members, our budget, and an update from Pastor Chris.
BETTERMAN | FEB 22ND - MAY 10TH
Starting THIS Sunday: Betterman is an 11-week series of group studies consisting of weekly video teachings and group discussions that provide a clear definition of biblical masculinity and practical ways to make your marriage, parenting, work-life, relationship with God - everything- better.

Deacon Ordination | March 1st
We’re excited to be ordaining two new deacons in an ordination service on March 1st at 5:30pm in the worship center.
Our deacon prospects Blaine Coffee and Kristian Sharkey have been interviewed by the deacons, with their spouses, and the deacon body has affirmed them and recommends them for ordination to deacon service at CHBC.
We will present more information, and the chairmen of deacons will communicate the findings officially recommending them for ordination on March 1st.
MISSION OKC | MARCH 20-22
Mission OKC is a weekend focused on equipping and sending our church into the community to make a gospel impact and push back the darkness. Mark your calendar now and be looking for more information coming soon. Even if you’re unable to participate in the entire weekend, we encourage you to come and be part of what you can.
Our second meeting to discuss details and plans for Mission OKC will be on March 8th at 4pm in the Fellowship Hall.

Start with a family dinner in our Fellowship Hall from 5-6pm. Cost is $5 each, with a $20 family max.

BBQ sliders, cheesy potatoes, corn, salad bar, and cake with frosting
Gluten-free options will be available as well as water/tea
Kids meal: PB&J with a fruit cup
We need people to help serve on Wednesdays in the kitchen. This can look like helping to prep the meal, working the serving line or helping to clean up afterwards. If you’re interested in helping once a month or more, or have suggestions on meal options, please contact Debra Bacorn at da.bacorn@gmail.com.
The doors will open at 6pm for preschool, kids, preteen, and student ministry activities and Equip classes will start at 6:15pm.
Faith Essentials 1: What we believe, why we believe it, and what we should do about it.

Making Disciples: A hands-on class to learn about what it means to be a disciple and make disciples, including opportunities to engage in evangelism and outreach.

Other Bible Studies
The Tuesday Morning Ladies Bible study resumed on January 20th at 9:30 am in the Fellowship Hall.
Led by Michele Hawkins, they are working through the book “Ruth: Loss, Love & Legacy - Bible Study” by Kelly Minter
SUNDAY NIGHT PROPHECY STUDY | MAR 15TH
The Sunday Night Prophecy Study is back, and Johnny Just will be teaching in Ezekiel. Our next meeting will be on Sunday March 15th. We will have Fellowship time from 5:30-6:00 pm and Teaching time from 6:00-7:00pm, every 3rd Sunday of the month in Room 152/154 (behind the worship center).
